Welcome to IFYY. By accessing our website (ifyy.in) or initiating a buyback trade-in quote with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Device Evaluation & Payout Estimates

All price lists, price history charts, and range estimations generated on this website are non-binding estimates based on contemporary second-hand markets.

  • Final offers are issued solely upon physical verification of the device by our field agent.
  • Evaluations take into account screen integrity, frame/housing scuffs, battery health percentage, camera clarity, display messages (original vs replacement parts), network restrictions, and original packaging/box.

2. Ownership & Anti-Fraud Verification

To sell a device on IFYY, you must be its rightful legal owner. By submitting a device, you represent and warrant that:

  • The device is fully paid off and is not subject to carrier financing contracts or active leases.
  • The device has not been reported lost, blacklisted, or stolen.
  • We do not accept blacklisted, locked (iCloud activation lock, MDM lock), or blocked IMEIs. Any suspected stolen property will be instantly reported to local law enforcement.

3. Doorstep Inspection & Quote Adjustments

We provide free doorstep pickup and diagnostics audits within our operational service boundaries in India.

  • If our agent discovers physical defects, screen burns, structural damage, or non-functional items not disclosed during the WhatsApp quote stage, the agent will present an adjusted final offer.
  • You are under no obligation to accept the adjusted quote. If you decline, our agent will cancel the transaction at no cost to you.

4. Immediate Payment & Transfer of Ownership

Upon your acceptance of the final inspection quote, payment is executed instantly at your doorstep via UPI or Bank IMPS Transfer.

  • Ownership of the device transfers completely to IFYY immediately upon confirmation of the payment transfer.
  • All buyback transactions are final. We cannot return a device once the transaction has been completed and payment has been processed.
